Advanced Training: Safe Machinery Control (3 Days)<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Foundations of Machine Safety<\/p>\n

– Risk assessment according to ISO EN 12100<\/p>\n

– Foundations of EN ISO 13849-1<\/p>\n

– Risk identification and determination of the PLr<\/p>\n

– Performance Level PL, Deterministic perspective control category B, 1-4, Probabilistic perspectives MTTF, DC, CCF, Calculation of MTTFd values<\/p>\n

– Verification PL to PLr<\/p>\n

– Calculation software according NSBIV AG<\/p>\n

– Calculation software according to Sistema<\/p>\n

– IEC 62061 \u2013 Compare PL and SIL<\/p>\n

– Development of examples<\/p>\n

– Software Safety requirements and validation \u2013 V-Model<\/p>\n

– Validation of FMEA according to EN ISO 13849-2\u00a0 etc.<\/p>\n

– Consideration for errors, exclusion of errors<\/p>\n
